At Solargeny, we stand by the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If, for any reason, you need to return or exchange a product, please follow the guidelines outlined below.

Returns and Exchanges

Before returning any product(s), we kindly ask that you take clear photographs of the item(s) being returned. Please send these images to connect@solargeny.com before initiating the return process. These photos help us hold our logistics provider accountable for any potential damages that may occur during transit.

For a smooth return process, please ensure that the inverter is properly packaged. Logistics carriers will not be held responsible for items that are inadequately packed. We recommend using the original packaging, including the box and foam inserts, to prevent damage during transit. If the original packaging is no longer available, please use a similarly secure method of packaging to ensure safe transportation back to our repair center.

At Solargeny, we take full responsibility for returning your repaired or replaced products. The transit will occur between your designated address and our service center.

Returning Accessories

All accessories (such as wiring, connectors, chargers, etc.) included with your inverter are covered by a 30-day replacement warranty. If you return a product that is not defective or damaged, a refund will be issued based on the purchase price, minus a 20% restocking fee.

Return Hazmat Fee

Please note that due to shipping regulations governing lithium batteries, certain returns may require special documentation and packaging. In such cases, additional fees may apply if a return falls outside the scope of our repair and replacement policy.
